A consolidated, balanced, and expanded overhaul of some classic Hapless mods.
This mod combines the iconic Waste Tyrants, Waste Fiends, and Iron Fortress Armor into a single, streamlined package. No more cluttered load orders or conflicting patches. This “Legacy” edition focuses on lore-friendly balance and modernizing these mods for a definitive Kenshi experience.
Key Features & Changes
The Full Collection: Includes all assets from Waste Tyrants, Waste Fiends, and the Iron Fortress armor sets in one .mod file.
Native Recruitment: No external patches required. You can now recruit Tyrants and Fiends through an integrated dialogue system.
World Balance:
Spawn Fixes: Spawn rates have been overhauled. Tyrants are now more rare, Specifically around the Leviathan Coast. Bone Fiends also spawn in a few more areas.
Fog Island Balance: Fog Fiends and Fogmen should no longer constantly wipe each other out.
